Wisdom Challenge: Day 11
The generous soul will be made rich,
Proverbs 11:25 (NKJV)
And he who waters will also be watered himself.
There’s a key concept in personal finance that many of the YouTube gurus overlook– and that’s Generosity.
Throughout my life I’ve experienced times when I’ve had a lot of money and times when I’ve had nothing (in a material sense). The ups and downs; the frugality and the wastefulness; the giving and the withholding have all taught me many lessons.
Money principles are 80 percent spiritual,

and 20 percent mathematics.
I’ve seen firsthand that money and spirituality are closely intertwined.
And depending on how you acquire wealth, and what you do with it when you have it will determine if it’s a blessing or a curse for you. In yesterday’s post I referenced Proverbs 10:22 which states that no sorrow comes with riches that are gained righteously.
On the contrary, those who defraud and oppress to increase their bank accounts, and put all their trust in material things will never be able to sleep. Their money will only be a judgement against them.
When you give to those in need and you’re honest in your acquisitions, the Universe— or the Creator of it rather– has a way of bringing those things back to you, and more!
The more you give, the more you’ll receive; both in this life and the one hereafter.
